UEEx Cryptocurrency Exchange Spot Investment Disclaimer Agreement

1. General Provisions

1.1 This agreement is between the user (hereinafter referred to as "User") and UEEx Cryptocurrency Exchange (hereinafter referred to as "UEEx") regarding the use of UEEx's spot investment services.

1.2 Before using the spot investment services provided by UEEx, the User should carefully read and understand all the contents of this agreement. Once the User clicks the "Agree" button or otherwise chooses to accept this agreement, it indicates that the User has accepted all terms and conditions of this agreement and agrees to be bound by them.

2. Definitions

2.1 Spot Investment: Refers to the act of the User regularly purchasing specified cryptocurrencies through the UEEx platform.

2.2 User: Refers to the individual or legal entity using the spot investment services through the UEEx platform.

3. User Qualifications

3.1 Users must be natural persons who are at least 18 years old and have full civil capacity, or legal entities or other organizations that are legally registered and established.

3.2 Users must ensure that all provided information is true, accurate, and complete, and maintain its validity and update it as necessary.

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Before using UEEx's spot investment services, Users must register an account according to platform requirements.

4.2 Users should properly keep their account information and password. UEEx is not responsible for any account information disclosure or fund loss due to the User's personal reasons.

5. Service Usage

5.1 Users set up an investment plan through the UEEx platform, including but not limited to the investment amount, investment frequency, and the type of cryptocurrency to be purchased.

5.2 Users must ensure that there are sufficient funds in their accounts to execute the investment plan. If there are insufficient funds, UEEx has the right to suspend or terminate the investment plan.

6. Risk Warning

6.1 The cryptocurrency market has high risks and significant price fluctuations. Users should fully recognize and understand the relevant risks when conducting spot investment operations.

6.2 Users should make prudent decisions and invest reasonably based on their financial status and risk tolerance. UEEx does not bear any responsibility for any losses caused by market fluctuations.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 UEEx does not guarantee any investment returns for the User. All investment risks and losses incurred by the User while using the spot investment services are borne by the User.

7.2 UEEx is not responsible for service interruptions or User losses caused by any of the following situations:

• Equipment, system, or network failures;
• Hacker attacks or virus invasions;
• Government actions or force majeure events;
• Losses caused by the User's improper operation or negligence;
• Service delays or refusals by third-party payment or clearing institutions.

8. Modification and Termination of Agreement

8.1 UEEx has the right to modify this agreement from time to time according to changes in laws and regulations or the needs of platform operations. The modified agreement will be notified to Users through platform announcements or other means, and Users should pay attention promptly.

8.2 Users who disagree with the modified agreement have the right to stop using UEEx's platform services. Continuing to use the services is considered acceptance of the modified agreement.

8.3 Users have the right to apply to cancel their account at any time but must ensure that all investment plans have been terminated and related funds have been settled. UEEx has the right to terminate the service in the event of the User's violation of this agreement.

9. Other Provisions

9.1 This agreement constitutes the complete agreement between the parties concerning the matters herein and replaces any prior oral or written agreements, statements, or understandings.

9.2 If any term of this agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, it does not affect the validity and enforceability of other terms.

9.3 The titles of this agreement are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of the terms.

By clicking agree, the User indicates they have read and understood the above agreement terms and voluntarily agree to be bound by them.

The final interpretation right belongs to UEEx official.
