Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Specialist with experience in the crypto industry or a strong sales background (in any other industry) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth within the crypto sector.

Job Responsibilities

Market Expansion: Identify and analyze new business opportunities in the cryptocurrency industry, expanding potential client resources.
Business Growth: Develop and implement business development strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
Client Management: Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients, partners, and key industry stakeholders.
Business Negotiation: Lead partnership discussions, close deals, and drive business implementation.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing, and technical teams to ensure smooth business operations.
Industry Research: Stay updated on market trends, industry developments, and regulatory changes to provide effective market strategies.
Brand Promotion: Represent the company at industry events and conferences, enhancing brand awareness and industry influence.

Job Requirements

Experience Requirements: Preference will be given to candidates with experience in business development within the cryptocurrency industry. If no relevant experience, a strong sales background is required.
Market Awareness: Candidates familiar with the cryptocurrency market and industry trends will be given priority.
Communication Skills: Excellent business negotiation, communication, and interpersonal relationship management abilities.
Strong Execution: Goal-driven, able to complete tasks independently and drive performance growth.
Data Analysis: Strong market analysis and problem-solving skills, with the ability to optimize strategies based on data.
Language Requirements: Fluent in English or Chinese, with the ability to communicate effectively.

Additional Information

Candidates without crypto industry experience must have prior sales experience.
