Operations Specialist

Job Description

This role will be responsible for ensuring the smooth daily operation of the platform. You will work with various departments to identify user pain points, build the exchange’s operational system, and monitor user behavior across their lifecycle. You will also be responsible for identifying issues through data analysis and proposing effective solutions. The role requires hands-on experience in user growth and conversion, familiarity with multiple methods of user growth and conversion, and the ability to propose product optimization suggestions based on user needs. You will work closely with product development to implement adjustments or new features. You will be handling and resolving platform operational issues to ensure the system runs smoothly and quickly address any potential risks or emergencies. The position requires strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills. Candidates should have strong data analysis capabilities and a keen interest and understanding of blockchain exchange trading systems.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall daily operations of the platform, managing customer projects, communicating project requirements, and quickly responding to and resolving operational issues to ensure smooth business processes and maintain stable efficiency.
• Monitor daily user trading behavior, channel data, etc. In case of abnormalities, quickly identify problems, coordinate and communicate with technical departments, develop and implement solutions, and make wise decisions in emergency situations.
• Keep up with the latest industry operational trends, collect industry trend and competitive intelligence, and propose new strategic recommendations to drive business cooperation for the company.
• Regularly track, analyze, and summarize operational data for daily projects, optimizing operational strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance the overall quality of company operations.
• Provide management with reports on business performance, market trends, and competitive conditions through business data analysis to support new strategic decisions.
• Maintain a highly proactive team spirit and work closely with different departments to ensure accurate information and coordinated resources to meet business needs.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience: At least 3 years of operations experience in the cryptocurrency or exchange industry, with experience in large exchanges preferred.
• Language: Ability to communicate in Chinese or English
• Skills: Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
