User Manual for the Referral Center

Dear UEEx User, we are excited to introduce the "Referral Center" program at UEEx. Invite your friends to register and trade on UEEx, and you can instantly receive corresponding account trading commission rebates (the subsequent commission rate will be adjusted based on market conditions and will be announced separately).

• Referral Rules:

When a user successfully invites a new user to register, the inviting user can earn a certain percentage of commission from the invited user's trading fees in spot trading, futures trading & margin Trading. Each normal registered user can independently act as an inviting party to invite new users.

• Commission Rates:

1. The default trading commission rebate rate is 5% of the trading fee.

2. On the basis of the inviting person's default trading commission rebate rate of 5%, the inviting person can independently set the commission rebate rate, flexibly arranging "My Rebate" and "Friend's Rebate" for the invited person, realizing personalized commission rebate settings. For example: User A invites User B to register, and User A can earn a commission when User B generates trading fees.

3. If User B continues to invite User C to register, both User A and User B can earn a commission from the trading fees generated by User C.

4. Support the generation of invitation QR codes with different commission ratios for different invitees.

• Commission Validity Period:

Users who register through the invitation link of the inviter will start counting from the registration date. Only users within the validity period, who make transactions, will result in the inviter earning commissions.
