General
This Agreement is a legally binding agreement between you and UEEx regarding your use of UEEx Crypto Card services.
Article 1: Key Terms
This Agreement applies to the use of various crypto cards (“Crypto Card”) issued or operated by UEEx and/or its successors and assigns (hereinafter “UEEx”, “we”, or “our”) under UEEx’s crypto card programs (including but not limited to credit, prepaid, or crypto-backed services).
It also applies to the services provided to you as the cardholder by UEEx or its affiliates, subsidiaries, related entities, or any of their branches.
By activating or using your Crypto Card, you are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by all the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Additional terms and policies implemented by UEEx may also apply. In the event of any inconsistency, the terms in this Agreement shall prevail. Definitions are listed at the end.
This Agreement supplements any other contracts, terms, or legal relationships between you and UEEx, and UEEx’s rights and authority under this Agreement shall not be limited by the content of any other documents.
Article 2: Scope of Agreement
This Agreement defines your rights and obligations in applying for and using the UEEx Crypto Card.
By activating or using the Card, you agree to be fully bound by all provisions set forth herein.
Article 3: Services Provided
The Crypto Card can be used for:
- Collateralization
- Spending
- Withdrawals
- UEEx provides functions including (but not limited to):
- Balance inquiry
- Transaction history
- Fund transfers
- Spending settlements
All features are subject to UEEx platform availability and may be updated or adjusted without prior notice.
Article 4: Usage Guidelines
- Activation: Cardholders must complete required information as prompted to activate the card.
- Security: Cardholders are responsible for safeguarding their cards and credentials (e.g., PIN). UEEx is not liable for losses caused by user negligence or data leaks.
- Legality: The Card must only be used for legal transactions and may not be used for any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.
Article 5: Fees & Settlement
- Fees: The Card may incur collateral fees, transaction fees, and other service charges. See platform announcements for details.
- Exchange Rates: For crypto-to-fiat conversions, rates published by UEEx shall apply.
Article 6: Risk Disclosure
- Market Risk: The value of your Crypto Card balance may fluctuate due to the volatile nature of digital assets.
- Technology Risk: Vulnerabilities, cyberattacks, or network failures may affect the availability or functionality of the Card.
- Regulatory Risk: Local laws and policies may impact the use or acceptance of crypto cards in certain regions.
Article 7: Cardholder Obligations
- Comply with this Agreement and applicable laws;
- Do not use the Card for money laundering, fraud, terrorism financing, or other illegal purposes;
- Immediately report any card loss or data breach to UEEx for suspension.
Article 8: Rights & Responsibilities of UEEx
- UEEx reserves the right to perform identity verification and monitor transactions for compliance;
- UEEx strives to provide stable and secure services but shall not be liable for interruptions due to force majeure or uncontrollable external factors.
Article 9: Dispute Resolution
In case of disputes, both parties shall first attempt amicable resolution. If that fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the court in the jurisdiction where UEEx is registered.
Article 10: Amendments & Termination
UEEx may amend this Agreement at any time without prior notice. Updates will be posted on the official website or via platform announcements. Continued use of the Card constitutes acceptance of such changes.
Article 11: Miscellaneous
Matters not covered in this Agreement shall be governed by applicable laws and UEEx’s platform rules.


The final interpretation right belongs to UEEx official.
