Log in to your Personal Center and click on InstantSwap.
Enter the UEEx InstantSwap page, select the currency, manually input the amount you want to exchange, then click Start Swap.
Select Payment Method
Choose a previously saved payment method.
If you don’t have the corresponding payment method saved, click Add Payment Method.
Set Up Payment Method
For example, if choosing Cash Payment:
Select the currency to receive and the country/region.
Choose Cash as the payment method and specify the withdrawal area.
Fill in your payment details.
Provide Contact Information
When selecting cash payment, please provide contact details (phone, Telegram, WhatsApp) as prompted by the platform, to be contacted in case of any issues.
The platform promises that your contact details will be kept strictly confidential and used only in exceptional cases.
Security Verification
After entering contact details, input your Google Authenticator code and payment password.
Check Order Status
After completing the above steps, you can view your order status:
Merchant accepting order: if you need to cancel, click Cancel Order.
Merchant accepted order: after receiving cash, click Get Security Code.
Complete the Transaction
After receiving the cash, inform the merchant of the security code and click Confirm to complete the swap.
Note: The security code has a validity period. Please use it within this period. If any issues arise, contact online customer support promptly.
Bank Card Payment Process
If choosing Bank Card as the payment method, follow the on-screen prompts to enter basic information, payment method, and payment details, then click Save.
After entering at least one contact method, click Swap Now.
Security Verification
After providing contact details, enter your Google Authenticator code and payment password.
Wait for Merchant Payment
Wait for the merchant to transfer funds. After receiving and confirming the funds are correct, click Confirm Release of Funds to complete the transaction.
