For users who have decided to stop using our services, UEEx has introduced a self-service feature that allows users to deactivate their accounts independently.
Step 1: Access the Common Functions Page
Go to the homepage, click the profile icon in the top left corner, and select "Security Settings."
Step 2: Complete Account Deactivation
Navigate to the account deactivation page, review and acknowledge all terms, then click "Confirm" to complete the process.
Important Notes Before Account Deactivation
✔ Ensure that no remaining assets (cryptocurrency or fiat) are left in any of your accounts, including Spot, Futures, and Stocks.
✔ Ensure that all open positions across trading products have been closed.
After Account Deactivation
❌ You will no longer have access to trading and login functions.
❌ All authorized devices will be removed.
