Dear UEEx Users,
UEEx will support the brand change of Toncoin (TON) to Gram (GRAM). After the brand change is completed, UEEx will adopt GRAM as the new token ticker for Toncoin and will convert users’ TON holdings into GRAM at a ratio of 1 TON = 1 GRAM.
To support this brand change, UEEx will suspend TON-related deposit, withdrawal, and spot trading services at 07:00 on June 29, 2026 (UTC+4). The related services will be resumed in the form of GRAM at 12:00 on July 3, 2026 (UTC+4).
During the brand change period, your asset security will not be affected. Related Earn assets will be automatically transitioned, and no action is required from users.
Brand Change Arrangement
- Token Ticker Change: The original token ticker TON will be changed to GRAM.
- Conversion Ratio: All TON tokens will be converted into GRAM at a ratio of 1 TON = 1 GRAM.
- Technical Support: UEEx will assist all users holding TON tokens with any technical matters involved in the brand change and token conversion process.
Spot Trading Arrangement
- Trading Suspension: UEEx will suspend and remove the TON/USDT spot trading pair at 07:00 on June 29, 2026 (UTC+4). All open orders will be automatically cancelled by the system at that time.
- Trading Resumption: UEEx will open GRAM/USDT spot trading at 12:00 on July 3, 2026 (UTC+4).
Deposit and Withdrawal Arrangement
- TON Deposit and Withdrawal Suspension: UEEx will suspend deposit and withdrawal services for TON at 07:00 on June 29, 2026 (UTC+4).
- Important Note: After TON deposit services are suspended, any subsequent TON deposits will not be credited. Users who need to deposit TON are advised to complete the operation in advance.
- GRAM Deposit Opening: UEEx will open deposit services for GRAM at 12:00 on July 3, 2026 (UTC+4).
- TON Deposit and Withdrawal Termination: After the token conversion and brand change are completed, UEEx will no longer support deposit and withdrawal services for TON.
Futures Trading Arrangement
- UEEx will conduct automatic settlement for the TONUSDT USDT-Margined Perpetual Contract at 07:00 on June 22, 2026 (UTC+4). The perpetual contract trading pair will be delisted after the settlement is completed.
- Users holding relevant futures positions are advised to manage their positions in advance to avoid unnecessary losses caused by the automatic settlement and delisting.
Earn Product Arrangement
- During the brand change period, subscriptions, redemptions, and reward distributions for TON flexible and fixed-term Earn products will continue as normal. The product display will remain as TON during this period, and no action is required from users before any of the above-mentioned times.
- The principal of your Earn assets will be automatically converted into GRAM at a ratio of 1 TON = 1 GRAM, and rewards will continue to be calculated as usual. If you do not manually redeem your assets, they will be automatically transitioned to GRAM Earn products, with the original terms and reward rules remaining unchanged.
- UEEx will complete the conversion at 12:00 on July 3, 2026 (UTC+4). At that time, “TON Earn” will be automatically updated to “GRAM Earn”, and subsequent rewards will be distributed in GRAM.

- Users holding TON-related assets or futures positions are advised to pay close attention to the relevant schedule and manage their assets, open orders, and positions in advance according to their own needs.
