To further improve system performance and provide a better trading experience, UEEx will conduct a system upgrade and maintenance. During the maintenance period, certain platform services will be temporarily suspended, and users will be unable to log in to their accounts.
Maintenance Schedule
- Maintenance Time: 00:00 - 03:00 on June 11, 2026 (UTC+4)
- Estimated Duration: Approximately 3 hours. The actual recovery time may be adjusted depending on the maintenance progress.
Affected Scope and Impact
- Service Suspension: During the maintenance period, all services on the UEEx platform, including the Web and App versions, will be temporarily unavailable, and users will be unable to log in to their accounts.
- Affected Services: Deposits, withdrawals, trading, and credit card-related services will be temporarily suspended.
- Trading Services: Trading services will be suspended during the maintenance period. Futures users are advised to manage their positions in advance to avoid unnecessary impact caused by the maintenance.
- Deposit Services: Deposits made during the maintenance period will be automatically credited after the maintenance is completed. Due to the system maintenance, deposit display may be delayed. Please make fund arrangements in advance.
- Credit Card Services: Credit card-related services will be temporarily suspended during the maintenance period. Please make necessary arrangements in advance.
Reminder
- Please arrange any necessary operations in advance, including order cancellation, asset transfer, and position management, to avoid inconvenience during the maintenance period.
- UEEx will fully ensure the security of your funds and data throughout the maintenance.
- After the maintenance is completed, all platform functions will resume normal operation, and no further announcement will be made.
