This agreement is entered into between you and UEEx.
A. Key Terms
- This agreement applies to all crypto cards (“Cards”) issued or operated by UEEx and/or its successors and assigns (“UEEx”, “we”, or “us”) under its card program, as well as related services provided by UEEx and its affiliates.
- By using your Card, you acknowledge and accept all the terms of this agreement. In the event of any inconsistency with other terms, this agreement shall prevail.
- Any rights granted to UEEx herein are in addition to other terms and shall not be construed as limitations.
B. Your Responsibilities
- You confirm that the issuance of the Card is based on the accuracy, completeness, and truthfulness of the information you provided.
- You are responsible for all transactions, including unauthorized, unsigned, or post-termination activity.
- You may not transfer the Card or PIN, or permit others to use it.
- You must take proper precautions to safeguard your Card and PIN, including but not limited to:
- Sign the Card upon receipt;
- Store the Card securely;
- Do not write the PIN on or near the Card;
- Avoid using easily guessed PINs (e.g., birthdates, ID numbers);
- Retrieve the Card after each use;
- Change the PIN if it may have been compromised;
- Regularly update your PIN.
- Report any loss, theft, or compromise of the Card or PIN immediately.
- The primary cardholder must ensure supplementary cardholders comply with this agreement.
C. Credit Limit & Review
- Cards are issued with a credit limit, which UEEx may adjust (including reducing to zero) at any time without notice.
- Available limits may vary from the statement due to pending transactions, auto top-ups, exchange fluctuations, etc. You are still responsible for any over-limit amounts.
D. Cash Withdrawals & Transactions
- Cash withdrawals may not exceed 90% of the available limit and are subject to ATM restrictions.
- UEEx is not responsible for merchant acceptance or product/service quality. Auto-debits must be arranged directly with merchants.
E. Card Benefits
- Card benefits vary by card type and may include:
- Contactless payments
- Reward points
- Installment plans
- Access to designated ATMs or terminals
- Other announced privileges
- Some benefits may require separate enrollment and are subject to their own terms, which take precedence in case of conflict.
F. Lost/Stolen Card or PIN
- In case of loss, theft, or misuse of your Card or PIN, report immediately via app/website or contact customer service.
- We will suspend disputed amounts and conduct investigations. You may be liable for financial losses during the dispute period unless caused by UEEx's gross negligence.
- If an unauthorized transaction is completed due to merchant or third-party fraud, and settlement has been processed, you must seek recourse directly from the third party.
G. Billing Statements
- UEEx may issue monthly statements outlining the outstanding amount and due date.
- All statements will be sent to the primary cardholder.
- We may opt not to send statements and instead allow access via app or website.
- Notify us of any unauthorized transaction within 60 days, otherwise it is deemed accepted.
H. Payments
- You must repay the outstanding balance in full and on time using accepted methods.
- All dues must be cleared before leaving the jurisdiction.
- Repayments will be applied in the order: Fees → Purchases → Remaining balance.
- All non-HKD transactions will be converted at the prevailing rate with applicable fees.
- No deductions, tax withholding, or partial payments allowed.
I. Fees and Charges
- Non-full payments incur financial charges and late fees calculated daily.
- Other possible fees include:
- Over-limit fee
- Cash advance fee
- Auto-payment failure fee
- Card replacement fee
- Sales slip retrieval fee
- Annual fee
- Foreign currency transaction fee
J. Supplementary Cards
- Supplementary cardholders are bound by this agreement. Primary cardholders are liable for all actions and usage of supplementary cardholders.
K. Card Termination
- You may request termination in writing and return the Card. Supplementary Cards may also be terminated individually.
- UEEx reserves the right to terminate any Card at any time without reason.
- All outstanding balances remain payable even after termination.
- You are liable for all transactions made before the Card is returned.
L. Liability Limitation
- UEEx is not liable for service interruptions or indirect damages due to uncontrollable factors.
- We are not responsible for third-party service providers.
- Except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct, UEEx and its employees are not liable for losses.
M. Collateral & Set-off
- Your assets held with UEEx may be used as collateral.
- UEEx may set off any outstanding amount from your accounts without prior notice.
- We may liquidate your assets to fulfill unsettled obligations.
N. Amendments
- UEEx reserves the right to amend this agreement at any time. Continued use of the Card signifies acceptance of the changes.
O. Information Collection & Disclosure
- UEEx collects, uses, and discloses your and your related persons’ information for legal, service, and risk purposes.
- You must inform related persons of such obligations. Failure to comply may result in service suspension.

P. Financial Crime Risk Management
We may intercept, investigate, delay, or reject instructions to prevent financial crime.

Q. Tax Compliance
You are solely responsible for fulfilling your global tax obligations. UEEx does not provide tax advice.

R. Miscellaneous
If there is a conflict between this agreement and others, this agreement prevails.
- Invalidity of any clause does not affect the remaining terms.

S. Surviving Clauses
Certain provisions will remain in effect after card termination.

T. General Provisions
The Card remains UEEx’s property. We may reclaim it at any time.
- You must update contact details promptly.
- We may record communications and scan documents.
- Notices are deemed delivered once sent.
- The Card may not be used for illegal activities. UEEx may reject suspicious transactions.
- This agreement grants no third-party rights but may be enforced directly by UEEx.
- This agreement is governed by Hong Kong law, with non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.
- In case of discrepancies between language versions, the English version shall prevail.
